The KHC is pleased to announce four newly elected officers to its Executive Committee for 2019 and 2020. The new officers have all been members of the KHC for several years and have a strong vision for how the group can collectively work together to drive improvements to community health and healthcare.
- Co-Chairperson and Employer Chair: Diana Han, MD, Global Medical Director, GE Appliances, a Haier company
- Co-Chairperson: Jason Scherzinger, Manager, Employer & Community Health Initiatives, Anthem National Accounts
- Treasurer: Sarah Moyer, MD, Director, Louisville Metro Dept. of Public Health & Wellness
- Secretary: Deanna Hall, Manager Corporate Health & Wellness, LG&E, KY Utilities
There are four new appointments to the Executive Committee who add a valuable depth of knowledge to the board. They are as follows:
- Jenny Goins, Commissioner, Department of Employee Insurance, Kentucky Personnel Cabinet
- Larry Gray, President, Baptist Health Louisville
- Josh Honaker, MD, Chief Medical Administrative Officer, Norton Medical Group
- Greg Potts, MD, Medical Director, Papa John’s International, Inc. (replacing Brenda Miles after her retirement last year)

The new Executive Committee met together for the first time last week to hash through its 2019 strategic priorities. Value-based strategic initiatives that drive improved quality and cost will be a key priority for the KHC in 2019.
