Equitable Healthcare for LGBTQ+ Populations

When accessing healthcare, an individual’s sexual orientation and gender identity can determine the quality of care that they receive. Individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning often encounter bias, discrimination, and a lack of culturally competent care resulting in poor health outcomes. In this webinar, various healthcare stakeholders will discuss the barriers to high quality, equitable healthcare for these individuals and what needs to be done to create inclusive, affirming, and person-centered healthcare.
