The Kentuckiana Health Collaborative is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the KHC’s governing body, providing strategic direction and operational oversight. The Board is comprised of healthcare purchasers, providers, payers, consumers, and members-at-large. You can view the current Board of Directors here.
Board terms are three years and Directors are eligible for up to two consecutive terms. The newly elected Directors will begin their Board term on January 1, 2026. Directors must be members of the KHC.
How to Submit a Nomination
- Complete the Nomination Form
- Prepare a Letter of Interest (max 500 words) including:
- Why you are interested in serving on the KHC BoD
- What you hope to contribute to the KHC BoD
- Submit the Nomination Form and Letter of Interest to nmiddaugh@khcollaborative.org
- Deadline: October 31, 2025
The Nominating Committee, composed of current Executive Committee members, will review all nominations. A slate of Directors will be presented to KHC members at the All-Member Meeting on November 4. Ballots will then be emailed to voting members, and candidates will be elected by a simple majority. Final results will be announced by November 30.
