Kentuckiana Health Collaborative (www.khcollaborative.org)

The Kentuckiana Health Collaborative has a new name, the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative (KHC).  The new name better relects the coalition’s activity.  The KHC was formed in early 2003 to mobilize the community to improve health and well-being by coordinating action-oriented efforts and is convened by the UAW/Ford Community Healthcare Initiative.  The Collaborative is comprised of a broad and inclusive group of health plans, medical societies, medical schools, hospitals, local providers, community organizations, employers, labor unions, government, and individuals and organizations interested in quality health care.
