Share your personal interest in Health and Healthcare System Improvement.
Employers and health plans now spend more for treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions than they do for treatment of cancer and cardiovascular disease! When people are in pain or injured, they find a healthcare system with fragmented care, financial barriers, and misaligned incentives that make the best, most conservative care difficult to access.
What are you currently working on that you are most excited about? How do you think it will drive improvements to health and healthcare in the community?
Confluent Health has recently launched mōviMSKTM, a new product for employers nation-wide. It’s the only national musculoskeletal (MSK) solution providing fully integrated hybrid care for members while reducing medical claims by up to 42%. mōviMSKTM includes an easy-to-use digital health platform for telehealth, scheduling, therapeutic exercise, care coordination, member/patient engagement, and education.
Why do you and your organization belong to the KHC? What do you find most valuable as a member?
No other organization in Louisville connects multiple stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum like KHC does. My team and I count on KHC for elucidating broad-reaching national solutions, excavating promising practices, and galvanizing a local network of like-minded professionals.

Big football fan: I’ve been to over 600 American football games in person! My dad and brothers and son were collegiate athletes. My sons and nephews all played. Love watching UL Football, the Bengals, and all the teams my family are playing or coaching for!
