PRESS RELEASE: Kentuckiana Health Collaborative Names Natalie Middaugh as New President and CEO

Louisville, KY – August 12, 2024 – The Kentuckiana Health Collaborative (KHC) is pleased to announce Natalie Middaugh as its new President and CEO, succeeding Jenny Goins who has taken a leadership position at the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (National Alliance). KHC’s Board of Directors unanimously elected Natalie to the position in recognition of her years of experience with the organization and her leadership in the organization’s innovative efforts to improve healthcare value and equity.

“We are confident in Natalie’s proven commitment to improving the system for health in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana communities,” stated outgoing President and CEO Jenny Goins. “Natalie’s passion for the KHC’s mission to build healthier communities through high quality, affordable, and equitable healthcare is evident in everything she does.”

Natalie joined the KHC over six years ago, and during her time with the KHC she has led the development and implementation of projects and programs related to key health priorities and healthcare improvement, represented the organization on national and local stages as a subject matter expert and strategic partner, and collaborated internally to build operational efficiency and implementation of the organization’s mission and strategic plans. Natalie was most recently Director of Programs and Health Strategies for the KHC. She is a Health Enterprise Network (HEN) Fellow, a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Louisville.

When asked what she’s most looking forward to in this new chapter for the KHC, Natalie said “As President and CEO, I look forward to honoring the KHC’s continued legacy, while continuing our momentum of growth and impact in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. The pace towards healthcare transformation is ever increasing, and the landscape is as ripe as it has ever been to create the system of health that we all deserve. I look forward to partnering with the KHC board and members who are at the helm of this transformation.”
