As the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative continues to add projects that drive health and healthcare delivery in the region, the coalition has hired a part-time staff member to support various projects. Hallie Decker, the KHC’s new Project Administrative Assistant, was added to develop marketing and communication materials, support event planning, and provide administrative support to any ongoing projects of the KHC.
Hallie holds a master’s in social work and currently is a PhD candidate in public health. Her focus is health promotion and behavioral science.
“I am especially excited about attending and contributing to the facilitation of the KHC’s health equity series,” Decker said. “I am interested in advancing health and healthcare equity for historically neglected and marginalized groups, as well as improving healthcare access and experiences in Kentucky.”
