“Working with KentuckyOne on collaborating a diabetes statewide awareness program that will integrate all key stakeholders such as health systems, hospitals, employers, payers, community and policy”

Improving health is one of the three main priorities of the Triple Aim. What are the best strategies for improving health in our community?

“Building trust through the importance of connecting the dots through transparency, integration and collaboration across all channels or transitions of care.”

Why do you think a multi-stakeholder coalition like the KHC is needed in the community?

“It is dearly needed to create transparency and awareness of information available to all stakeholders and be the central link toward integration of data, stakeholders, community and anyone affected by chronic disease in order to improve health outcomes, reducing cost and improving overall quality of care.”

What is your favorite quote?
